Ellery stepped into our studio, pulled out her ukulele, and started singing. We could almost feel the waves underneath our feet. Yep, we filmed it. She recorded “Nobia Neni” in our studio written by her uncle in Guam, Johnny Sablan. Nobia Neni is a song that expresses a deep and beautiful love.
Ellery was born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam. She was immersed into the musical world at a very young age. Spending many of her early years listening to disco, pop, rock, and island music, Ellery has created her own unique sound that has been described as “happy and upbeat sounding but with a lyrics that make you really think.” Her bright voice, ukulele skills, and honest lyrics have garnered her recognition in the Guam music scene and have secured her as the opening act for R&B singer Brian McKnight.
Filmed at our VisionQuest Sound studio. VisionQuest Sound features singer-songwriters and artists who love to perform and share their story.
