5 Tips To Boost Your Productivity

Congratulations! You made it to 2020. You and I both know that if we want to succeed this year, we need to take our game to the next level.  So we’re going back to the basics to strengthen our foundation.
Here’s our top 5 tips to have your most productive day.
    1. Wake Up Early
      A big part of being successful is having the discipline to wake up early (latest 6:30). Sounds crazy I know. But the proven secret to success is, JUST DO IT. Based on the amount of hours you need to sleep, set a time to be in bed, set an alarm, Just WAKE UP. It’s going to get easier over time and you’ll be able to accomplish more each day.
    2. Exercise And Eat A Healthy Breakfast
      Start the morning by exercising. If you can’t go to the gym, then just do a 15-30 min workout in front of the mirror or take brisk walk outside. Morning workouts will get your blood flowing and keep your brain sharp. After your session, eat a healthy breakfast and you are ready for a successful day.
    3. Make A To Do List
      A to do list helps you to know what tasks you need to accomplish by the end of the day and stay concentrated when you lose track. Write the most important things first, it is common to want to finish the small stuff first and then jump to the important ones. The truth is – in the beginning of the day your brain is at 100% and it’s way smarter to do the important tasks first.
    4. Set A Time Schedule For Each Task
      To make sure you are on time with your tasks, write how much time you want to dedicate for each task. That way you know for sure, that you will get everything done and won’t get confused. Time flies when you’re having fun.
    5. Go Out In The Sun
      It is scientifically proven that sun is affecting our brain. It makes us feel happy and give us a boost of energy for the rest of the day. Many people work in closed spaces and it can get very depressing. Even if you work in an office, studio, or from home – find time to go out and breathe some fresh air. You can take a walk in the morning, have a coffee break at lunch or read a book in the park.
