Latest News: I’m currently working on the long overdue follow up to my last CD, Jack Of All Trades. In the recording process now! Hope to see it done by fall 2020!
Hi Bonsko, welcome to VQS! Take us back in time to how you first fell in love with music.
My dad was a jazz pianist and taught me to play when I was about a year and a half old…first love was Scott Joplin ragtime!
What 3 core values do you believe are necessary for success?
Do what you love, regardless of monetary gain.
Approach everything in your life with a positive attitude.
Always be honest – then it’s the other guys’ problem!
Who have been some of your favorite people/projects to work with?
Wow…such a long list… everyone I have ever worked with – even the not-so-nice ones – have been another element that constitutes the sum of the parts – ME! I will always be grateful to Bob Odneal, Anthony Sapp, Charlie Lair, Todd Fulks, Chris Neman, Joe Cavazos, Erik Fannin, Jeremy Walton, Pamela Saxon, Melissa Brown-Wolfe, David Madigan, Mark Neely, Carlos Ulloa, Ernie Martinez, and of course, my family – Jerry (Dad), Ruthie (Mom), Terri, Mark, & Tim – and last but not least, my beautiful songstress, muse, best bud, wife & love of my life – sweet Jayme Anne.
What future opportunities would you like to be involved with?
I have been a life long love of film music, loving the works of Henry Mancini and John Williams since I was a baby…I would love to write music for movies.
