Tell us a little bit about you and your music.

Thanks so much for having me VQS! I’ve been a songwriter for over 20 years now and it’s simply my passion. With as many ups and downs and turn arounds my life has taken through the years, I never run out of material to write about, that’s for sure!

Congrats on the release!
What was your inspiration for this new song?
Released July 2, 2021. I wrote “High in Denver” last year towards the end of 2020 after being quarantined. I really just missed live music and traveling. My Germany tour was canceled due to Covid so I was pretty devastated about that.
What was your vision for this new song?
“High in Denver” is a feel-good tune.I think it’s a fun summer song that gets stuck in your head.
I love to travel and experience new places and people! I’m always intentional about what music I’m putting out. I write a lot so I have to really cherry-pick my songs, which is hard, but ultimately I hope people can relate to my songs in some way.
What is your favorite part of the song?
Singing the highs! Haha.
Anything else we should know about it? Future releases?
I’ve got 3 more songs we are finishing up now that will complete the EP and I’m excited about those as well! We don’t have exact release dates yet, but be on the lookout.
