Congrats on the release! What was your inspiration for this new album?

Released 5/14/21. “Was it Really All For Me?,” was inspired by our own experience of internal struggles. We tend to focus on external hurts and let others bring us down when in reality, we hold ourselves back from fulfilling our dreams. Throughout the song, you’ll get a sense of realization that something is wrong; we are moving backward instead of forward. Until the end when you realize that you are the beast that is holding yourself in the cage.

What lessons would you like to impart with your audience?

Our vision for this song is to inspire people to move forward from their past hurts. We want to open the narrative of PTSD and normalize mental health awareness.

What is your favorite part of the song?

We have many favorite moments in the song. I love the melody of “caving into my own design” as well as “blurred lines define what’s your’s what’s mine.” Also the drop at the beginning of the song.
